I agree, these things are quite OP now. Here's something to think about, the metal shredders were comparable to needle blasters before the buff. Now, after the buff, this thing can be compared to an armor breaker (don't forget, this is infinite use as well), and it weighs LESS than needle blasters (by quite a lot too).

I do think the mythical rocket launcher line needed a bit of a buff but this is a bit too much. A middle ground between the old and new values would be ideal.
