This is just a question out of curiosity... and I'm sorry if this sounds more noober than ever!
How do the Forum Rankings work?! I am currently a private, and I have only some 7-9 posts in the Battle dawn Forum, how do I get my ranking higher?! Is it just like the game itself... a certain amount of posts equals a certain rank? If so, how many posts are there in between each rank?
....or is your rank determined by your average post/per day... and if so, how many do I need?

your rank is based off of how many posts you make in total (excluding those in the spam section) and i'm unsure how many per each rank.

every rank is double the amount of posts before it
at least thats what i was told when i asked this questions several months ago.

In other words post something when you have something relevent or of importance not just for the sake of raising your rank because it can be seen as annoying when topics are just spammed with pointless comments

I like how Aister is the one saying post stuff that matters, when he was the one who spammed almost every thread xD
But yeah, they've pretty much hit the nail on the head with the posts. Also people who have positions of power in the forum i.e, AANC, MT, mods, etc. have higher rankings.
