the ticks at m2 not passing ?!

I saw you put a new version of the game and now you don't need to log in with password and user name to every server... is that causing the ticks not to pass ???

on the home page it says theyve froze the tick's on all the world's ..
ive been waiting for it to unfreeze for four hours now on E4 ..
