Yes, you can attack from outposts; that's one of the main reasons why they're built.

Because you already razed an outpost to get a camp. Camps technically are non-existent, just placeholders for outgoing (to a friendly property) or incoming squads, as well as squads that may have been left there.
Anyways, while on the topic, you also can't attack from resource op's.

very true camps don't really exist as there only there because a squad is there or so which is a defence reason to have camps  . resource ops r also another way to get resources  .

yea, or if its a solo world, you can't attack anything from a 24 tick radius from your colony

Things you can attack from: Outposts, Colonies. Things you can't: Resource ops, camps. And yes, you can only attack things with a 24 tick radius of your colony. Hope i helped
