When you send out attacks and two hours later you on 3 tick eta.. four minutes from 2 tick eta..

THEN someone from a SUB of your alliance sends out attacks on both of your places with 3 eta and tells YOU to back down? .. -.- This kid is never getting a conquer again if i have to return my troops lol.. ill snipe him so bad xD

Easy fix: Kill the sub. The sub is #2 and under 100% control of the main, you should be able to boss them around as much as you like =P
